Hello! With my curious and inquisitive mind, I had a hard time learning to meditate. I'd fall asleep, feel irritated, have emotions come up, get distracted, and wonder if I was wasting my time. When I began, it was more frustrating than blissful.
But, with time, I learned much. My experience came through trial and error, through trying various modern tools, and through yoga teacher training. Eventually, I found my zone, and LOVED it!
Once I figured it out, it helped me become emotionally balanced, happy to be alive, and successful in my endeavors.
I'd like to help you learn from my mistakes so you can more quickly feel calm, clear, and relaxed.
Other tidbits: I spent many years working in the tech industry, and used my meditation skills to rise to the level of IT Executive. Now I use those skills to teach others, through meditation coaching and writing fiction. Hobbies include hiking, biking, and playing with my dogs.
